Our seeds are exclusively sold only as a souvenir for adult souvenir and collectible purposes only. The germination of cannabis seeds is illegal in most countries. Legislation relating to cannabis seeds varies from country to country. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that they understand the laws of their country with regards to cannabis seeds. Fatty Seeds does not wish to induce it’s customers to act in conflict with their national law. Customers are advised against breaking the law.
Seeds are sold under the express understanding that they will not be cultivated in a country where it is illegal to do so. If a customer gives Fatty Seeds reason to believe that they intend to break the law with seeds sold on this website, we will refuse the sale. Customers purchasing from our store must be at least 18 years old. Fatty Seeds does not condone the usage of illegal or controlled substances in any way and does not take any responsibility for the use of any products that are shown on this website. All information displayed at our website is included for educational and scientific purposes.
Cultivation of Cannabis Seeds is illegal in many countries, so Fatty Seeds only offer the sale of Cannabis Seeds as souvenirs and as a means of preserving Cannabis genetics. We are not liable in any way for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against oneself in connection with any use of products ordered from this website, catalogue, cd-rom or other media.




How to order?

Pick the product you like, choose the pack size and quantities and add them to your shopping cart. You can choose to checkout as guest or as a registered member. Fill in all the details as prompted and choose your shipping and payment options. Once you have completed these steps we will keep you up to date with the status of your order by email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer Payment and PayPal. 
We require 100% of the payment before we can send out any orders. No exceptions.
Details will be provided in the order confirmation e-mail which will be sent to you after you confirm the order.


Is my payment secure?

We utilize an industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that someone else intercepts it.


Which currency do you use?

We charge in € (EUR) or in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).


Payment and shipping

When will I receive my order?

It is our aim to ship all orders next 1-2 days after receiving the full payment.
EU customers will receive the products within 2-6 days.
You’ll receive your tracking number after we have received the payment.
Please contact us in case you didn’t receive the goods.


What are your delivery prices?

– Registered mail – 9€ (includes tax),
- UPS Express service (EU only) – 30€ (includes tax).


Do you ship worldwide?

We don’t ship to Germany and Austria.

We strongly recommend you to check your local laws to ensure that you can legally purchase the products we sell before ordering. By ordering, you will have confirmed that you have done so.

Is your packaging discreet?

We fully appreciate the need for discreet packaging. As such, all of our items are shipped in a small box with internal padding to protect your products.
There are no web site logos and there will be no reference to the contents on the exterior of the packaging itself.


Do you ship items in original packaging?

All items will be shipped in their original packaging so you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you have ordered.


How do I know if you have received and dispatched my order?

When you place your order we will send you a confirmation email with a reference number to let you know we are processing your order. You will receive an additional email to let you know your order has been shipped.


Can I track my item once I have ordered?

Once your order has been dispatched an automated email with tracking reference is sent to the email address you supplied us with, along with a link to the website where you can track your order. The level to which you can track your shipment will depend on the service selected and the country to which it is being sent. If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us, and remember to have your reference number at hand.





Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or make any amendments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order. Once an item has been shipped we cannot then cancel the order.


What is your returns policy?

We accept no returns unless the product is damaged before dispatch or during travel to you.
If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives and it returns to us undamaged, you will not get a full refund for your order, we will refund for the items only and not the postage costs.


I have received damaged goods, what should I do?


Please be aware that we may require you to email us images of the product so we can get a better understanding of your problem.
If a package appears to have been damaged in transit it is essential that you sign the courier’s paperwork as damaged. Signing for the package as damaged will improve our chances in any insurance claim should that be necessary.


I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?


Please send details by email at and return the incorrectly delivered items in their original packaging. We will then do our best to replace the incorrectly delivered item(s) as quickly as possible and refund any carriage charges which you may have incurred.
How long will it take to refund me?


Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund/exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned package. Most returns are typically processed within less than half this time period.
